Ámboa is a red wine from 2020. It is a blend of 80% Mencía, 20% Garnacha Tintorera and Merenzao, from the plots Lobeira and Lombo in the Ribeira Sacra region.
These grapes are harvested and selected manually. They ferment in steel and rest in French oak for 12 moons.
It has a frank and intense nose with many nuances: mature fruits, minerals, and toast.
The palate is intense and persistent, juicy and sleek, with a fresh progress and an elegant finish. It has a purple shade.
