The maceration of the hand-harvested grapes takes place at a low temperature (10°C) for 24 hours to extract the aromas from the skins. The must is then transferred to another stainless steel tank, where fermentation begins, also at a low temperature, no higher than 15°C, for 20 days to achieve the maximum possible fruitiness and freshness.
Appearance: Bright, intense pink color with great vibrancy.
Nose: Very fruity, with intense fruit aromas, featuring powerful notes of strawberries and gummy candies.
Taste: On the palate, it has a smooth and sweet sensation, with a subtle freshness and flavors of morello cherries, cherries, and wild strawberries. It has a pleasant passage, with very well-integrated acidity that extends the freshness on the palate.
