Son de Arrieiro is a red wine from 2018. It is a blend of Sousón, Brancellao, Caíño Tinto and Ferrón. This reference rested in Tonnellerie Bordelaise oak for 6 months.
Its aromas are fundamentally sweet red fruits, and intense dark fruits (plum and blackberry come to mind), with an added weak musk.
It evolves into a more complex personality that brings black pepper and licorice. Very elegant.
The palate is extraordinarily fruity and fresh. Being somewhat light, it sustains this freshness thanks to its bitter final notes. Its high acidity is very well integrated, to the point of feeling seamless.
Its has a deep red color, clean and brilliant.
