Cinco Denarios, a red wine from 2021, aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. This is a blend of 60% Graciano, 20% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 3000L cement tanks. Perfect preservation of the fruit is achieved through meticulous temperature control at 24-26°C.
After vertical pressing, it undergoes malolactic fermentation on its own lees in French oak barrels.
The three varieties are blended for the final cuvée before bottling.
Cinco Denarios is purple at the center, with a violet-toned outer rim.
It shows intense aromas of wild blueberries. Very powerful on the palate with a long finish. Well-balanced tannins provide it with a good structure.
