Lágrima de Merlot is a rose wine from 2022, 100% Merlot.
After receiving the grapes, they are destemmed, and the first juice of our rosé undergoes a maceration process of 4-6 hours. This essence is then introduced into tanks to undergo slow alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 10ºC. After fermentation, it coexists with its fine lees for 30 days, imparting density to produce a light, clean, and fruity wine.
Its nose is fresh fruit on the palate that is complemented by silky sweetness and a long, pleasant finish. To perceive all its aromas and complexity, we recommend serving at a temperature between 10o-12oC.
