Son de Arriero Añadas is Xulia’s most prominent white wine. This is a blend of four years (2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018) and three varieties, mostly Treixadura with added Lado and Loureiro. It rested in Tonnellerie Bordelaise oak for just 20 days.
It has a most interesting aromatic profile, the combination of fresh white fruits, apple and pear, and the acid sweetness of citrics.
It evolves into a more sober character: hazelnut, eucalyptus and mint.
Its palate is memorable yet fresh, following an armonious fusion of slightly bitter wood and toast. Its has a palid gold color, with some shades of green.
