Certified European Organic Agriculture.

This is a varietal wine, 100% Garnacha from a century-old vineyard, made from grapes selected by hand. These plots have a limited production of 800kg/ha.

A temperature-controlled cycle is observed, lowering the temperature to 9°C during the harvest.

Any grain or cluster in poor condition is removed during the manual destemming,

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 8000L cement tanks, with a temperature fixed below 25°C.

It's punched down two or three times during the primary fermentation. After 15 days, it is pressed and transferred to 225L French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation.

It shows a perfect Bordeaux color with a ruby-toned outer ring, and a deep and fruity nose of blueberries with the silky touch of oak.

On the palate, we find an elegant, full-bodied, and well-balanced wine.

Very aromatic and rich in nuances, with a long finish, resulting from malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
