It comes from a peculiar plot called O Val do Frade, with an area of just under 5 acres by the Sil River, that hosts Adega Vella’s oldest vines. This precise spot has been used for winemaking since the X century.

The palate is elegant with red and black fruits nuances. It has a very dark and intense color.
