This is a blend of Caíño, Ferrón, and Brancellao. After the harvesting, the grapes are refrigerated to 3°C, a temperature maintained for 15-20 hours. The clean must is then transferred to stainless steel tanks where it ferments and rests until bottling.
Its color is an intense raspberry red, with ruby reflections. Its mouth opens with notes of spices such as saffron and paprika, and smoky touches that lead us to the grape varieties used in its production.
The fruit emerges in the form of caramel with toasted brushstrokes and a hint of hydrocarbon-derived minerality.
It possesses a much more complex than usual nose for a rose wine, clearly reflecting the blend. This is a fine and fresh wine, with a very marked acidity and good balance.
