Celme de Souto, a red wine from 2017, is a full bodied proposal with a silky texture and a well rounded tannin structure. It is a blend of 80% Sousón and 20% Brancellao and Caíño.

The fresh fruity notes of Sousón are enhanced by the intensity and complexity of the aromas provided by Brancellao and Caíño. All these flavours are rounded by the subtle spicy contribution of the French oak, blending gently and lingering on the long finish. Its vibrant acidity ensures a gentle aging.

It has a deep, intense ruby color with hints of purple.
