Lagar do Cigur Crianza Garnacha is Adega Melilla’s most important red wine. This is a varietal wine: 100% Garnacha Tintorera.
These grapes are handpicked and processed manually. It rests for 14 months in French and American oaks, and an additional 10 months in glass.
Its aromas are intense, complex, and deep. Undeniably earthy. It also shows nuances such as mature red fruits, and minerals.
The palate is potent, very well structured, complex, and very long lasting.
It has a clear and bright color.
This wine is bottled without previous stabilization and just a minor filtration. Thus, it will show sediments as it ages.
