Adega do Ricón Blanco 2021 is a blend of 70% Albariño, 10% Loureira, 10% Treixadura, and 10% Godello.

These grapes are hand-selected and destemmed.

The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Appearance: Straw yellow with a greenish edge.

Nose: White fruit, citrus, wild herbs.

Palate: Austere and flavorful, with a refreshing quality. It exhibits hints of ripe fruit, good acidity, and a certain level of maturity.
